調(diào)心球軸承有圓柱孔和圓錐孔兩種結(jié)構(gòu)，保持架的材質(zhì)有鋼板、合成樹脂等。其特點(diǎn)是外圈滾道呈球面形，具有自動(dòng)調(diào)心性，可以補(bǔ)償不同心度和軸撓度造成的誤差，但其內(nèi)、外圈相對(duì)傾斜度不得超過(guò)3度。該類軸承適用于承受重載荷與沖擊載荷、精密儀表、低噪音電機(jī)、汽車、摩托車、冶金、軋機(jī)、礦山、石油、造紙、水泥、榨糖等行業(yè)及一般機(jī)械。
